School District No. 25-Bashor was formed in 1873 but there are no extant census records before 1884. Charles C True was Secretary of the district that year, and these are some of the families whose children attended the school: Atwood, Baker, McCall, Sheppard, True, Van Bergen, Webster and Wellman
