School District No. 24-Gold Hill

School District No. 24-Gold Hill was formed in 1873 but there are no extant census records before 1884. Daniel Drummond was Secretary of the district that year, and these are some of the families whose children attended the school: Barnett, Fisk, Hartley, Herzinger, Kirkbride, Ogden, Romig, Venable and Walsted. Gold Hill is still an active school today.
